RSM3 Terms & Conditions – Complete Platform Usage Guide

The rsm3 platform is open only to individuals who meet the following eligibility requirements. rsm3 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend any account that fails to meet these requirements without any liability.

• You must be aged 18 years and above at the time of registration. rsm3 takes its responsibility to prevent underage participation seriously.
• You must be a Malaysian citizen or permanent resident, or be physically located in Malaysia at the time of using the rsm3 platform.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a legally binding agreement.
• You must not be subject to any authority-imposed restrictions that prohibit you from using online gambling platforms.
• You must not be subject to an active self-exclusion programme on any gambling platform.

Each rsm3 member is permitted to hold only one (1) account only. Holding more than one account – whether under the same name or a different one – is a serious violation of rsm3's Terms & Conditions and may result in the closure of all associated accounts along with the forfeiture of any existing balances.

Upon registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. rsm3 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals that exceed certain limits. Documents that may be requested include a copy of your national identity card (MyKad), bank statement, or other reasonable supporting documents.

You are solely responsible for:

• Keeping your rsm3 account password confidential and not sharing your login details with any other party.
• Ensuring that no other party accesses or uses your rsm3 account without your authorisation.
• Notifying rsm3 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• Updating your profile information whenever changes occur, including your phone number, email address, or banking details.

Rsm3 will not be held responsible for any losses arising from your failure to safeguard your account login credentials.

Rsm3 accepts all major payment methods popular among Malaysians for the convenience of our members. All deposits and withdrawals are processed exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

Accepted deposit methods at rsm3:

• DuitNow (Instant Transfer)

The minimum deposit at rsm3 is RM10 and the maximum deposit is subject to limits set according to your membership tier. All deposits are processed automatically and are typically credited to your rsm3 account within seconds to a few minutes.

For withdrawal of winnings, rsm3 processes requests within 3 to 5 minutes for standard members and near-instantly for VIP members. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM30 per transaction. rsm3 reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal exceeding RM5,000 within a 24-hour period.

Rsm3 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time as a token of appreciation for our loyal members. Every rsm3 bonus and promotion has its own specific terms set out in detail on the relevant promotions page. Those terms form part of these general Terms & Conditions and must be fully complied with.

General principles applicable to all rsm3 bonuses and promotions:

• Every bonus accepted is subject to a wagering requirement that is clearly communicated prior to acceptance.
• Bonuses may only be used on games specified in the relevant promotional terms. Not all games on rsm3 qualify towards wagering requirement calculations.
• Rsm3 reserves the right to void any bonus if a member is found to be attempting to exploit the bonus system in an improper or dishonest manner.
• A member is entitled to one welcome bonus only and may not re-register to claim this bonus multiple times.
• Any winnings obtained through bonuses claimed fraudulently or through illegitimate means may be voided by rsm3 with no obligation to pay.
• The expiry of unused bonuses is as stated in the terms of each individual promotion – bonuses that have expired will be automatically forfeited.

Rsm3 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time, with or without prior notice. However, bonuses that have already been credited and are actively being wagered will be honoured in full by rsm3.

The rsm3 platform offers a wide range of game categories, including slots (Poseidon, Fa Fa Fa, 3 Genie Wishes, The Magnificent), fishing games (Dragon Fishing), card games (Pai Gow Poker), and live casino (Hi Lo Live). Each game category has its own specific rules displayed within the game itself, which members should familiarise themselves with before playing.

• All game outcomes on rsm3 are final. Any dispute relating to a game outcome must be submitted within 24 hours of the game concluding.
• Rsm3 is not liable for any losses resulting from technical disruptions, internet disconnections, or device failures on the member's end during a gaming session.
• In the event of a system failure that prevents a game from completing, rsm3 will refund the active bet amount to the affected member's account balance.
• The use of any automated software, bots, or third-party tools to play on the rsm3 platform is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension.
• All games on rsm3 use an RNG system certified by independent auditing bodies. rsm3 cannot and will not manipulate game outcomes in any way.

To maintain the integrity of the platform and protect all rsm3 members, the following actions are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate disciplinary action, including account closure without refund:

• Identity fraud: Registering an account using another person's name or personal information without their consent.
• Money laundering: Using the rsm3 platform as a channel to launder illegally obtained funds. rsm3 cooperates fully with the relevant authorities in any investigations related to financial crime.
• Bonus system exploitation: Opening multiple accounts or using dishonest methods to claim bonuses repeatedly.
• Hacking or any attempt to breach the system: Any attempt to breach the security of the rsm3 platform, gain unauthorised access, or disrupt platform operations.
• In-game collusion: Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live casino games.
• Use of unauthorised software: Using bots, automated scripts, or third-party software not approved by rsm3 to play or gain an unfair advantage.
• Unauthorised chargebacks: Filing a chargeback through a bank or payment provider without legitimate grounds after having received services from rsm3.

Rsm3 reserves the right to report any activity suspected of being fraudulent or constituting financial crime to the relevant Malaysian authorities without prior consent from the member.

Rsm3 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any member account at any time where there is reasonable cause to do so. Circumstances that may lead to such action include:

• Violation of any part of the rsm3 Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal activities.
• Failure to provide the requested identity verification documents within the specified timeframe.
• Self-exclusion requests submitted by members themselves on responsible gaming grounds.
• Instructions from relevant authorities.

If your account is suspended or closed due to a breach of terms, rsm3 reserves the right to withhold the remaining balance in that account pending the outcome of an investigation. Should the investigation find no breach has occurred, the full balance will be returned to the member.

Members may also close their account at any time by contacting the rsm3 customer support team at [email protected]. Any remaining account balance will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with rsm3's standard procedures once identity verification is complete.

Rsm3 makes every reasonable effort to ensure the platform operates smoothly, securely, and fairly at all times. However, there are certain circumstances for which rsm3 cannot be held liable:

• Losses resulting from disruptions to the member's own internet connection or damage to the member's personal device.
• Losses arising from the failure of third parties, including payment providers or game software companies.
• Indirect, consequential, or anticipated loss of profits.
• Game outcomes that a member considers unsatisfactory but which have been fairly processed by the certified RNG system.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to a member's account caused by the member's own negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.

Rsm3's total maximum liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the balance held in that member's account at the time the claim is made.

All content on the rsm3 platform – including but not limited to the rsm3 logo, game graphics, text, interface design, software code, and promotional materials – is the exclusive property of rsm3 and is protected under applicable Malaysian and international copyright law.

Members are not permitted to:

• Copying, distributing, or reproducing rsm3 content for commercial purposes without prior written permission from rsm3.
• Using rsm3's trade name, logo, or brand in any manner that may mislead or confuse the public.
• Copying or reverse engineering any software or system used by rsm3.

Rsm3 respects the intellectual property rights of others and takes appropriate action against any copyright infringement occurring on our platform.

Rsm3 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any material changes via a prominent notice on the rsm3 platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate amendments are required.

Continued use of the rsm3 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes the member's acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the changes made, you are entitled to close your account and withdraw any remaining balance.

These rsm3 Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the rsm3 platform shall be resolved through the following process in stages:

• First stage: Resolution through negotiation via the rsm3 customer support team within 14 working days.
• Second stage: Disputes are resolved through discussion between the parties involved within 30 days.
• Third tier: If a dispute remains unresolved, it will be referred to the relevant Malaysian court of jurisdiction.
